Brisa Areli Muñoz
Artist, Healing Practitioner, Cultural Worker (she / they)
I do not fix, because you are not broken. Though I create the container, the power is yours. Originally from the Rio Grande Valley and backed by 15 years of global curation & creation, I am a writer, theatrical director, cultural worker, and healing practitioner. Whether developing original performance work, facilitating energy work, or consulting across sector, I create the conditions for justice and magic to emerge. I serve as a mirror, reflecting wholeness back to cultivate possibilities for the future collaboratively.
With a mission of collective liberation, I exist at the intersection of multiple roles in the social change ecosystem (visionary, healer, guide, weaver, storyteller, caregiver, experimenter, builder)—facilitating through an asset-based lens to attune to the strengths of each project, community, and person.
My Modalities
Directing
Artistic Director, Theatrical Director & Documentary Film
I craft bold, participatory works across stage and screen—where radical direction meets community-centered care. My practice centers justice, cultural memory, and spiritual transformation.
Energy work
Kundalini Activation, Reiki & Sound Healing
I offer energy work that invites deep reconnection—guiding the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. I hold space for clarity, evolution, and the emergence of people’s greatest potential.
Consulting
Facilitating, Teaching & Coaching
I design experiences that embody praxis—continuous action and reflection—for the purposes of raising consciousness. I support individuals and organizations to align their values with their practice.
